A guided process to help AI learn how you naturally communicate.

🧬 Before You Begin

This process is not about becoming better at prompting.

This process helps AI understand the way you already think, explain, ask questions, & communicate.

You will provide examples. AI will look for patterns. You can correct anything that feels inaccurate.

Step 1: Collect Communication Samples

📝 Phase 1: Written Communication Samples

Examples are more useful than trying to describe yourself. Provide real conversations whenever possible.

1. Communication With a Parent or Caregiver

Example: texts, emails, conversations, or written communication.

2. Communication With Your Child or Someone You Teach

Example: parenting, teaching, explaining, guiding, or helping.

3. Communication With a Boss, Teacher, Coworker, or Authority Figure

Example: professional or structured communication.

4. Communication With Your Partner or Closest Friend

Example: personal conversations where you feel comfortable being yourself.

5. Journal Writing or Private Thoughts

Example: personal reflections, notes, or writing that shows your natural thought process.

After adding writing samples, use this prompt with AI.

Analyze these communication samples.

Identify communication patterns only.

Look for:
- How I structure thoughts
- How much context I provide
- Whether I communicate directly or indirectly
- Whether I use emotion, logic, stories, examples, or humor
- How I ask for help
- How I explain problems
- How I express needs

Do not summarize my personality.
Do not diagnose.
Only identify communication patterns.

Communication can change depending on emotions. Provide examples of how you communicate during different emotional states.

Analyze how my communication changes during different emotional states.

Look for:
- Whether I need validation before solutions
- Whether I become more detailed or less detailed
- How I express needs during emotions
- What responses help me most
- What responses create frustration

Do not diagnose emotions.
Only identify communication patterns.

Analyze these AI interactions.

For successful examples:
- Identify what information helped AI understand me.
- Identify what response styles worked best.
- Identify patterns to repeat.

For unsuccessful examples:
- Identify where communication broke down.
- Identify missing information.
- Identify how AI could have better understood my intent.

Do not assume the user is the problem.
Analyze the interaction between human and AI.

📋 Phase 4: Natural Prompt Style

AI should learn how you naturally ask for things, even when your thoughts are unfinished or conversational.

Analyze my natural AI prompts.

Look for:
- How I organize thoughts
- How I explain ideas
- Where my intended meaning differs from my written request
- What questions would help clarify my goals

Create strategies for helping translate my natural communication into effective AI requests without changing my communication style.

👥 Phase 5: Outside Perspective

Provide 1-3 examples of how other people describe communicating with you.

Examples: partner, friend, family member, coworker.

Analyze these descriptions from other people about communicating with me.

Identify:
- How others experience my communication
- Possible misunderstandings
- Communication strengths

Do not treat other people's opinions as facts.
Use them as additional context.

🎤 Phase 6: Natural Conversation

This section works best without preparation. Have a normal voice conversation so AI can observe your natural communication style.

Turn on voice if available.

Ask these questions 1 at a time:

1. How are you?
2. What have you done today?
3. How are you feeling?
4. What is one thing you would change about yourself?
5. What is one thing you love about yourself?
6. Who is your biggest role model?
7. Tell me about your family, partner, or friends.
8. What do you study or do for work?
9. What are your goals?
10. How do you want to be remembered?
11. Tell me about something you are passionate about.

When all sections are complete, generate your AI Communication Profile.

Using all information collected during this introduction process, create my AI Communication Profile.
