This workbook creates a record of the AI's learning process. You provide communication examples. AI analyzes patterns. You review & correct the understanding.

The goal is not to create a profile of who you are. The goal is to create a transparent record of how AI currently understands you.

Step 1: Copy Prompt

Paste this prompt into your AI conversation to begin the introduction process.

You are going to guide me through an introduction process designed to help you learn my unique communication style.
Your goal is not to judge me or categorize me.
Your goal is to understand how I naturally communicate & adapt your responses.
Ask only 1 question at a time.
Do not assume one communication style works for everyone.
Look for patterns in my examples.
At the end, create a transparent AI Communication Profile explaining:
- What you currently understand
- Evidence supporting that understanding
- Confidence levels
- Areas where you need more information

Provide writing samples from different relationships so AI can understand how your communication changes depending on context.

Look for communication patterns, including:
- How I organize thoughts

- How I ask for help
Do not describe my personality.
Only describe communication patterns.

Look for:

- What type of response helps me most
- What responses are unhelpful
Do not diagnose me.
Do not label my emotions.

AI should learn how you naturally ask questions, even when your thoughts are unfinished, messy, or conversational.

Look for:
- How I organize thoughts

- Where my intended meaning differs from my written request
- What questions would help clarify my goal
Create strategies for helping translate my natural communication into effective AI requests without changing my communication style.

Do not treat other people's opinions as facts.
